"You will know when you are a mom"

After a roller coaster changes in my life with in this 1 year, I am back with a thought in my mind.


I am shocked with the changes that happened to me in this 1 yr.

I am proud Mom now of a baby boy who is 3 Months old now.

Well here is one of the changes that happened to me:

For those who know me can say that I sleep for more than 10hrs a day and also 24hrs if I am given a chance.

• My roommates used to say my favorite pass time was to sleep.

• I used to sleep if I am depressed.

• I used to sleep if I am bored.

• I used to sleep till my exam times.

Because of this my class mates used to write to me saying that they want to be me in their next life.

When I was kid, when ever my family wanted to travel especially early morning hours, used to get an extra ½ hr to sleep before we leave, when I asked my mom why she said “when you are mom you will know”.

Now I sleep for 4hrs everyday even if given chance not able to sleep more than that.

Play time !

  Inspired by few of my friends i wanted to atleast try writing a Blog. So here i am.

Remember the childhood days where we used to study in the evenings and wait for power cut which means play time. Apart from the regular play time from 4 till 6 p.m.
Used to think that power cut should be forever so that we play all the time.

All 25 yrs waited for that power cut just to relax one way or the other (well that's how long it will take to study atleast to do master's).

Started to work and think that there is no time to play or have time for us .Here is a incident which changed my thought.

Recently there was a power cut in my office due to some unavoidable circumstances ,and to my surprise all my colleagues were ready to play cricket outside the office with a stick and a ball (i have no idea how they got it ). Few were playing cricket and few were playing table tennis, this was day 1 of our powercut .

The next day there was a power cut for 10 mins the guys from office were like "Come on lets go and play otherwise power will be back" .

I was just amazed ,even though we grow older there is one side of us who wants to be kid .

I hope you guys had some experiences which will make you feel that your still a kid or atleast want to be a kid .
